Fresh Cucumber and Heirloom Tomato Salad


1-2 large cucumbers, chopped
4 large heirloom tomatoes, golden boy, green zebra, brandywine, pineapple, Cherokee purple, etc., chopped
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsely
1 lemon squeezed of it's juice
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
