These are so good and so easy to make! Great for taking on fun field trips or just staying in!
You will need:
1 cup dry oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Mix all ingredients together and roll into 1-2 inch balls. Enjoy!
Love them! We make these too! We've done them with protein powder and other variations. I like using cacao nibs instead of chocolate chips. And natural PB keeps them healthier (but I am sure you already use that!) Thanks for sharing your recipes!
